Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead the Property Management staff and oversee a portfolio of properties. You will set policy, direct operations, and drive strategic initiatives in alignment with management agreements.

The role requires 5+ years in real estate property management, a strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and owner relationships. Occasional travel and a professional office environment are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation helpful.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and exercise responsibility for property management operations.
• Lead staff and develop policies, programs, and strategy for property management.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and cash flow; oversee reporting to owners.
• Ensure contract compliance and timely reporting; liaise with third-party owners.
• Monitor tenant relations and conduct regular property inspections.
• Oversee construction projects with managers and approve contracts and invoices.
• Support collection of management fees and reimbursements; optimize overhead.
