Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Area Property Manager to oversee a portfolio and provide operational consistency across multiple communities. You will partner with Asset and Regional Property Managers and direct site teams to maintain budgets, marketing plans, and resident relations.

You will lead leasing, maintenance, and service contracts while driving revenue growth and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Travel between properties is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of Property Management experience.
• 5+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across communities including budgeting, leasing, marketing.
• Lead and develop on-site teams to improve engagement and turnover.
• Partner with Asset and Regional Property Managers to ensure consistency across portfolio.
• Drive revenue and customer satisfaction through effective marketing and operations.
