Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Regional Property Manager for a multifamily portfolio in a professional office environment. You will lead property managers and area managers, drive business plan execution, and mentor lower-level staff to meet client expectations.

Strong communication, hands-on leadership, and expertise in property operations are essential. The role requires 5+ years in property management and management, proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office, and professional credentials

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
CPM, CCI, RPA, CAM preferred.
Real Estate License required.
5+ years of Property Management experience.
5+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

Act as the main contact for owner representatives and communicate PM agreements.
Review and approve property purchases within the budget.
Partner with Marketing to develop budgets and monitor ad spend.
Engage in pricing calls with Revenue Management.
Review survey results and create improvement plans for staff.
Oversee marketing activities and lead generation efforts.
Assist with RFP responses and pitches.
Ensure staff use property front-end tech and systems.
Oversee risk management and safety standards across properties.
