Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Area Property Manager for multifamily portfolios in the DC area. You will supervise on-site teams, manage budgets, and coordinate operations across communities to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.

You will lead leasing, maintenance, and capital projects, while partnering with ownership to drive revenue, occupancy, and compliance with company policies. Travel to multiple sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in multifamily property management.
• DC market Rent Control experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting and staff supervision skills.
