The role requires 5+ years in property management and leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Yardi. You will lead on-site teams, manage budgets, supervise staff, and drive leasing, marketing, and service excellence across communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of Property Management experience and 5+ years of management experience.
• Proficiency with property management software and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across portfolio in partnership with the Asset Manager and Regional Property Manager.
• Drive superior customer service to residents and prospects to increase renewals and revenue.
• Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing on-site team to maximize engagement and minimize turnover.
• Drive marketing strategies and revenue growth across communities.
• Supervise day-to-day on-site operations and ensure adherence to policies.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting for the portfolio.
