HelloFresh Newark, NJ is seeking an Area Manager to lead and develop multiple production lines, coach shift teams, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency on a fast-paced site. You will supervise hourly associates, coordinate with managers, manage performance metrics, and ensure timely shift reporting and corrective action as needed.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or related work experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large group of employees and manage multiple production lines.
• Coach and develop shift hourly associates.
• Provide coaching and development to staff and ensure proper training and corrective direction.
