Job summary

F&S Fresh Foods seeks a Production Supervisor to lead one or more departments in a fast-paced food production facility in Vineland, NJ. You will supervise staff, ensure productivity, and uphold quality and safety standards.

You will guide start-up processes, train and coach the team, and report on process controls. The role emphasizes daily huddles, safety, and continuous improvement in a chilled manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a production supervisor or management role, preferably in a chilled food manufacturing environment.
• Experience applying HACCP and enforcing GMPs in a food environment is essential.
• Advanced education in Food Safety or Culinary Arts is helpful; degrees or certificates in HACCP, Food Handling, Culinary Arts or related training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, staff, plan, organize, and direct production activities for one or more departments or work areas.
• Provide start-up and process control oversight; coach and develop team production performance.
• Deliver daily huddles to review safety, process control measures, and results; ensure paperwork is completed on time.
• Review daily results to identify improvement opportunities and ensure adherence to process control guidelines.
• Support scheduled trials and production improvements.
