• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques (preferred).
• Experience managing a team of 20+ employees (preferred).
• Industry experience in retail, manufacturing, or distribution environments (preferred).
