Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a shift leadership role across Thursday to Sunday shifts, overseeing multiple production lines and guiding a large hourly workforce. The candidate will coach staff, ensure training, monitor performance, and report daily results to management.

Responsibilities include safety meetings, attendance tracking, incident investigations, and ensuring top-quality output while balancing cost and morale in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and develop a large group of employees and manage multiple production lines.
• Proven leadership with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to multitask and keep production on track.
• Proficient in using computers to input information and track data.

Responsibilities

• Respectfully communicate with all employees and leads.
• Provide coaching and development to shift hourly associates.
• Provide tools, training and corrective direction to staff.
• Update managers throughout shift with day’s production knowledge.
• Resolve employee issues through appropriate problem resolution.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve results.
• Lead daily shift and safety meetings.
• Conduct interviews for nonexempt shifts.
• Perform accident investigations.
• Track absenteeism and timekeeping daily.
• Submit paperwork at end of shift.
