Job summary

Factor_, a brand of HelloFresh, is seeking an Area Manager, Production to lead and optimize multiple production lines in Illinois. You will be hands-on, shaping culture, coaching shift hourly associates, and driving productivity with safety and quality at the forefront.

You’ll report daily to the Associate Production Manager, balancing cost, output, and morale while delivering data-driven progress updates. Minimum high school diploma; 1–3 years supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respectfully communicate with all employees and leads while providing coaching and development to shift hourly associates.
• Report information and update managers throughout every shift with knowledge of that day’s production.
• Resolve employee issues through appropriate problem resolution.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
• Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provide regular progress reports to Associate Production Manager/Manager during the shift.
• Attend to other duties as assigned by management
