Job summary

HelloFresh in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Area Manager II to lead shift operations across multiple production lines. You will coach, train and develop shift hourly associates, ensuring tools, resources and corrective direction are provided to sustain daily goals.

You will report to the Associate Production Manager, drive safety and efficiency, and coordinate with management to continually improve production performance, quality, and morale in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment preferred.
• Ability to lead a large group of employees and manage multiple production lines.

Responsibilities

• Respectfully communicate with all employees and leads.
• Provide coaching and development to shift hourly associates.
• Provide all employees with necessary tools, proper training and corrective direction.
• Report information and update managers throughout every shift with knowledge of that day’s production.
• Resolve employee issues through appropriate problem resolution.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
• Work to continuously improve processes.
• Manage departmental performance measures and provide regular progress reports.
