You will blend hands-on operational leadership with efforts to strengthen leasing performance, elevate resident experience, and develop future leaders throughout the organization. The role requires traveling regularly throughout KY and TN.

Qualifikationen

Are you an experienced property management leader who enjoys coaching others and helping teams succeed? This unique leadership opportunity allows you to oversee two apartment communities in Knoxville's Hardin Valley area while leading training and development initiatives for property management teams across Kentucky and Tennessee.

In this role, you'll combine hands-on operational leadership with the opportunity to strengthen leasing performance, elevate the resident experience, and develop future leaders throughout the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead community operations, helping teams achieve occupancy, leasing, resident retention, and financial performance goals.
• Train, onboard, and develop new Leasing Consultants and Assistant Property Managers.
• Coach teams on sales techniques, property tours, customer service excellence, and resident retention strategies.
• Use performance metrics, market insights, and regular site visits to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop practical training programs, tools, and resources that support employee growth and operational consistency.
• Mentor team members and help prepare high-potential employees for future leadership opportunities.
• Partner with property leadership and Human Resources on recruiting, employee development, and standardized operating practices.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of residential property management and leasing experience, including at least 2 years in leadership, supervision, coaching, or training.
• Demonstrated success driving leasing performance and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management software platforms.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel regularly throughout Kentucky and Tennessee.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-site property management experience.
• Luxury apartment community experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
