Job summary

Ball Homes, LLC is seeking an experienced property management leader to oversee two apartment communities in Knoxville's Hardin Valley area, with training and development initiatives across Kentucky and Tennessee.

You will blend hands-on operational leadership with efforts to strengthen leasing performance, elevate resident experience, and develop future leaders throughout the organization. The role requires traveling regularly throughout KY and TN.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in residential property management and leasing.
• At least 2 years in leadership, supervision, coaching, or training.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead community operations to achieve occupancy, leasing, and financial goals.
• Train, onboard, and develop Leasing Consultants and Assistant Property Managers.
• Coach teams on sales techniques, property tours, and resident retention strategies.
• Use performance metrics and site visits to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Develop training programs, tools, and resources for employee growth and consistency.
• Mentor team members and prepare high-potential employees for leadership roles.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR on recruiting and development.
