Job summary

The Valcap Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily community. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of property management experience and proven leadership to balance resident satisfaction with strong financial performance.

You will lead leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals, manage budgets, analyze financials, and drive NOI growth using ResMan for reporting and records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets and financial metrics to drive NOI.
• Bilingual skills are a plus
