Job summary

Stord Inc. is seeking an Area Manager II to lead a warehouse team and ensure inventory accuracy in our Reno, NV facility. You will drive daily results, collaborate with HR, Safety, and operations leaders, and manage workload planning to meet Fulfillment standards.

The role requires 2–4 years of WMS experience, prior leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work varied hours, including some overtime, is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to four years’ experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) / inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to deliver on daily goals.
• Work closely with support staff (HR, Safety, Customer Service, Other Ops Leaders) to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues affecting the functional area.
• Implement process improvements and workload efficiency mechanisms.
• Utilize workload planning tools and other resources to complete scheduled workload ensuring orders are fulfilled to meet standards.
• Investigate discrepancies and variances.
• Perform to quality standards in multiple functions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
