Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two to four years’ experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) / inventory systems.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Clerical and data entry skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to meet daily goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service and other Ops Leaders to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues affecting the area.
• Implement process improvements and improve workload efficiency.
• Use workload planning tools to ensure orders are fulfilled to standards.
• Investigate discrepancies and variances.
• Maintain high-quality performance across functions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
