Qualifications

• Eighteen (18) months experience as an Ops Supervisor at FedEx or two years of relevant management/leadership experience.
• Combination: 1 year Ops Supervisor plus 1 year management/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day and long-term operations and staff within defined facility areas.
• Champion FedEx's Safety Above All Culture and related initiatives.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize and manage staff performance and discipline.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control daily operations.
• Assign Operations Supervisors to ensure safe, efficient sortation and staff productivity.
• Ensure compliance with FedEx policies and applicable regulations.
• Drive goals for quality, service, cost and productivity.
