Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 18+ months as Ops Supervisor at FedEx or 2+ years of management/leadership experience.
• Ability to read and interpret numerical data and written information.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day and long-term ops in defined area of FedEx facility.
• Manages Operations Supervisors and staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation.
• Plans staffing, directs operations, and manages costs and quality goals.
• Ensures compliance with FedEx policies and gov't regulations.
• Champions Safety Above All culture and safety initiatives.
