You will plan staffing, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to FedEx policies and applicable regulations while fostering a safety-first culture and delivering customer-facing results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 months experience as an Ops Supervisor at FedEx required; OR two years of previous management/operational leadership experience; OR a combination of one year as an Ops Supervisor and one year of additional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls the day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Oversees and assigns Operations Managers to ensure the safe and efficient sortation of packages, while minimizing costs and maximizing quality.
• Determines work area strategic goals and ensures quality, service, cost and productivity targets are met; plans work area strategy based on volume and headcount.
