Job summary

Clean Team Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to lead field operations and drive operational excellence across multiple facilities in the Midwest. You will supervise staff, train new hires, and ensure consistent service delivery while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or management experience in janitorial or service industries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and resolve operational issues independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between accounts.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts and adapt to changing operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Teams: Manage daily staffing, schedule coverage, and training for new hires to ensure high operational efficiency.
• Maintain High Standards: Conduct regular QA inspections across facilities to meet quality benchmarks.
• Drive Client Satisfaction: Act as primary contact for client communications and respond to needs and inquiries.
• Manage Resources: Monitor supplies, inventory levels at client sites, and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Promote Workplace Safety: Enforce safety standards and proper chemical usage.
