Job summary

Clean Team Inc. is seeking a dependable, hands-on Area Manager to oversee commercial cleaning operations throughout the Greater Toledo area.

This is a leadership role requiring someone who can manage people, solve problems, and hold staff accountable while keeping multiple client locations operating smoothly. The Area Manager will spend most shifts in the field visiting customer locations, working with employees, inspecting facilities, and communicating with operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in cleaning, facilities, hospitality, or service operations is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support cleaning employees across multiple locations.
• Train new employees on procedures and safety.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and ensure standards.
• Coach employees on performance and attendance.
• Monitor labor hours and budgets.
• Communicate with customers and leadership.
• Ensure proper staffing and equipment.
• Address staffing or service issues promptly.
