Job summary

Clean Team Inc. is seeking an energetic Area Manager to lead field operations across assigned regions. You will oversee cleaning operations, manage staff, ensure contract compliance, and build strong relationships with clients.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety adherence, and delivering high-quality services across multiple facilities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience (janitorial or service industry experience is a major plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and resolve operational issues independently.
• A valid driver's license and dependable transportation for travel between accounts.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts and adapt to changing operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Teams: Manage daily staffing, schedule coverage, and conduct hands-on training for new hires to ensure high operational efficiency.
• Maintain High Standards: Perform regular, detailed quality assurance inspections across all facilities to ensure our cleaning teams meet Clean Team's high quality benchmarks.
• Drive Client Satisfaction: Act as the primary contact for client communications. Respond swiftly to customer needs, special service requests, and quality inquiries.
• Manage Resources: Monitor supplies, manage inventory levels at client sites, and ensure proper maintenance and care of cleaning equipment.
• Promote Workplace Safety: Enforce company safety standards, proper chemical usage, and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
