Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and merchandised store environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and inventory processing.
• Enforce company policies and store procedures to maximize efficiency.
• Lead Front End operations to expedite customer service and shrink loss.
• Oversee stockrooms, receiving, and backroom organization.
