Responsibilities

• Strategically manage area in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
• Oversee assigned area operations and layout for efficient space usage.
• Initiate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene and security standards.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Plan rotations, assign tasks and appraise results.
• Recruit, coach and motivate employees; produce reports regularly.
• Receive feedback and monitor quality of services.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
