Qualifications

• Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment.
• Ability to stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Willingness to work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee truck deliveries and handle packages using pallet jacks.
• Operate PIT equipment and assist as needed.
• Ensure team safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
