Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Tremont, PA is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly associates, uphold safety and quality, and ensure on-time customer deliveries across first mile, middle mile, and last mile operations.

You will engage and mentor staff, coordinate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and HR to meet business objectives, and adapt to varied shifts, weather, and site conditions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet business objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders
