Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Area Manager in Easton, PA to lead a team of hourly associates and drive safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will engage your team during shifts and collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR to meet business objectives.

This role requires 1+ years of people or performance management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years with Amazon experience, and flexibility to work weekends or nights.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours
• Work in variable temperatures and outside loading areas
• Climb stairs where applicable
