Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and clean work areas; maintain a friendly shopping environment.
• Lead Front End operations and supervise cash handling per policy.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to company Best Practices.
• Coordinate daily tasks to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Administer payroll-related duties and store operations as assigned.
