Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure store environment and correct unsafe conditions.
• Supervise Associates and ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and merchandising standards.
• Manage front-end operations, train cashiers, and enforce cash handling procedures.
• Coordinate loss prevention efforts and maintain security measures.
• Ensure back room organization, stockroom upkeep and stock transfers.
