Job summary

You will coordinate maintenance activities, monitor performance, and work with engineering and safety teams to maintain production targets and minimize downtime while complying with OSHA, PHMSA, and EPA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED typically required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Process Technology, or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications may be preferred or required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations, monitoring system performance and production activities.
• Ensure safe operation of pipelines, processing equipment, compressors, and related systems.
• Coordinate maintenance to meet reliability targets and minimize downtime.
• Lead workflow prioritization and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with field operations, engineering, maintenance and safety teams to resolve issues.
• Track operational data and prepare reports for audits and management review.
