Sevita’s Mentor Community Services is seeking an Operations Management Area Director to lead staff, manage finances, grow census, and foster relationships with key stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree with 3–6 years of management in human services is required, along with a Master’s degree and any state licensure as needed.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, organizational skill, multitasking, and excellent communication to drive quality services and program success across the region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services or as required by state law.
• Licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, leadership, and supervision of staff at the program site to ensure quality services.
• Oversee financial performance, review statements, purchasing, billing compliance, and documentation.
• Implement growth strategies to increase census and occupancy, and assist with new starts.
• Maintain relations with case managers, referral agents, and government officials; lobby as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with individuals served, families, and guardians.
