Job summary

ResCare Community Living, a part of Sevita, seeks an Operations Management Area Director to lead the program site’s staff and assure high-quality services for individuals served.

You will also drive financial performance, oversee purchasing and billing, and help execute growth strategies to increase census and occupancy. This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder engagement, including relations with case managers and guardians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–6 years of related management experience in human services.
• Master’s degree in Human Services or equivalent education/experience as required by state
• Licensure as required by state for practice
• Strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills to manage relationships
• Commitment to quality in all activities

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, leadership, and supervision of staff at the program site to ensure quality services.
• Oversee financial performance of the area, review statements, oversee purchasing, ensure billing compliance and documentation.
• Implement area growth strategy to increase census, maximize occupancy, and assist with new starts.
• Maintain relationships with case managers, referral agents, and officials; advocate for individuals served.
• Implement area strategies to maintain relations with individuals served, families, and guardians.
