Job summary

Sevita is seeking an Operations Management Area Director in Arlington, TX to lead programs serving adults with disabilities. You will provide direction, leadership, and supervision of professional staff at the site, ensuring quality services and strong financial performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3–6 years of management experience in human services; Master’s degree or licensure may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–6 years of related management experience in the human services industry.
• Master’s degree or state licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, leadership, and supervision of staff at the program site to carry out operations and ensure quality services.
• Responsible for the financial performance of the area business unit, review financial statements, oversee purchasing, ensure billing compliance, and documentation.
• Implement area core growth strategy to increase census, maximize utilization and occupancy percentages, and assist with new start development.
• Maintain and foster relations with case managers and referral agents; participate in building relationships with local legislators and government officials; lobby on behalf of individuals served.
• Implement area strategies to maintain and foster relations with individuals served, mentors, families, and guardians.
