Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–6 years of related management experience in human services.
• Master's degree in Human Services or equivalent education/experience as required by state.
• Licensure as required by state.
• Strong leadership, detail orientation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to manage relationships.
• Commitment to quality in all work.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, leadership, and supervision of staff at the program site to ensure quality services.
• Oversee financial performance, review financial statements, oversee purchasing, billing compliance, and documentation.
• Implement area growth strategies to increase census, utilization, and assist with new start development.
• Maintain and foster relations with case managers, referral agents, and public officials; advocate for individuals served.
• Implement area strategies to maintain relations with individuals served, mentors, families, and guardians.
