Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking an Area Operations Director to drive operational excellence, growth, and high-quality care delivery across multiple sites. The role partners with Clinical Leadership to support outcomes, manage resources, and lead HR, credentialing, and community outreach.

This leader oversees a sizable team, ensures regulatory compliance, and takes ownership of P&L for the area, with travel required to support site operations and transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of operations management experience in healthcare.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel extensively (80%+).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 8-10 Field Staff Managers and/or Operations Directors.
• Drive weekly KPI reviews and team growth initiatives.
• Partner with Area Director of Clinical Services to align operations with clinical model.
• Oversee HR functions and credentialing processes.
• Ensure compliance and manage P&L responsibilities.
