Qualifications

• Extensive experience in long-term care operations or healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of budget management and productivity metrics.
• Experience with payer dynamics and reimbursement.
• Proven leadership of integrated healthcare teams.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others.
• Excellent written and oral communication with customers and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical performance and provider productivity; ensure adherence to clinical standards and quality.
• Maintain engaging culture and drive teamwork across facilities.
• Review and improve documentation, coding, and data reports for quality and productivity.
• Coordinate with physicians, clinical leaders, and administrators on guidance and issues.
• Visit facilities quarterly to observe clinical skills and workflows and provide coaching.
• Support growth via hiring, recruiting, and onboarding of providers.
• Maintain strong facility relationships and ensure timely problem-solving of issues.
