Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead merchandising, resets, and installations across an assigned market. You will supervise a in-market team, train associates, ensure planogram compliance, and maintain safety standards while coordinating travel between stores.

The role requires 2+ years in retail merchandising, strong leadership, and ability to read planograms. Valid driver's license, willingness to travel, and OSHA forklift certification (or willing to become certified

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or similar field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate project instructions, sequence tasks on site, and inspect completed work against standards.
• Serve as in-market point of contact; build and maintain relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visit completion, photos, data) through company apps and verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and ensure proper tool use; stop and correct unsafe conditions or behavior.
