Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of front-end semiconductor manufacturing experience and demonstrated leadership.
Experience with Fab MES, capacity planning, floor scheduling, and data analysis using Tableau, Python, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach the team to develop members to their highest potential.
Identify and address systemic issues impacting equipment availability, tool utilization, and cycle time.
Drive a culture of safety by modeling safe behaviours and conducting audits.
Partner with cross-functional teams to build metrics, set targets, and communicate goals.
Innovate by researching and deploying new operational management techniques and tools.
Coordinate Fab-wide long-term processes and align with tactical and strategic plans.
