Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree to be completed between May 2024 and August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Work independently in an autonomous environment.
• Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs; most sites follow a 4-day work week.
