Job summary

Amazon is hiring an Area Manager for an entry-level, full-time role located in one of its facilities in Massachusetts. You will engage, lead and develop a team of hourly Associates, mentor them to meet safety, quality, and performance goals, and drive daily operations on the floor.

Extensive training and development are provided. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays and offers a competitive benefits package with health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between May 2024 and August 2026.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Currently enrolled in or graduated in a related field (Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Work independently in an autonomous warehouse environment.
• Stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours and follow a 4-day work week with 3 days off.
