Job summary

STORD is seeking an Area Manager for our Dallas distribution operations. You will lead a team of warehouse associates and operate with strong emphasis on inventory accuracy and process improvement in a high-volume facility.

The role requires leadership experience, proficiency with WMS and inventory systems, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ experience with WMS/inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to meet daily goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service and other Ops leaders to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues affecting the area.
