Job summary

Stord is seeking an Area Manager to lead and develop a warehouse team in a high-volume distribution center. You will oversee inventory accuracy, participate in planning, and coordinate with HR, Safety, and Customer Service to meet daily targets.

The role requires 2–4 years of WMS/inventory experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Must be able to work overtime as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience with WMS/inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and leads to achieve daily goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other Ops leaders to drive results.
• Implement process improvements and workload efficiency measures.
