Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager Site Quality Operations to supervise site quality operations and drive cost-efficient, quality-focused processes while delivering excellent customer service.

This on-site role is based at Bethlehem, PA, with relocation assistance available. Responsibilities include leading daily operations, coaching employees, upholding safety and policies, and partnering with HR and managers on improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution center.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with enthusiasm to drive a customer-first culture and positive work environment.
• Oversee daily operations for the assigned area to meet productivity, volume and quality targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workplace per policies and plans.
• Identify performance trends and gaps; develop and implement solutions with team involvement.
• Coach and develop base and flex employees through feedback, reviews, training, and HR collaboration.
• Support departmental success through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
