StretchLab is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across our studios. The role requires strong sales experience, excellent communication, and a passion for health and wellness.

You will build client relationships, promote StretchLab services, and lead a studio team to achieve targets. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, managing multiple studios weekly, and collaborating with the Studio Manager and Flexologists to create a welcoming client experience.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in wellness/fitness preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of stretching and fitness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Actively promote StretchLab services to new and existing clients.
• Conduct sales consultations and communicate the benefits of stretching programs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for a positive experience.
• Address inquiries, concerns and feedback professionally.
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager and Flexologists to enhance client experience.
• Assist in day-to-day studio operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Support marketing initiatives to drive awareness and attract new clients.
• Contribute ideas for promotions and events to increase studio visibility.

• Operational Excellence:
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the studio, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure that all sales and operational processes are followed consistently.
• Marketing and Promotions:
• Support marketing initiatives to drive awareness and attract new clients.
• Contribute ideas for promotions and events to increase studio visibility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the wellness or fitness industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Enthusiastic about health and wellness.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of stretching and fitness is a plus.
