Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Area Manager in Tarboro, NC to lead a team of hourly associates, maintaining safety, quality, attendance and performance while ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and to the right location.

The role requires 2+ years of people management, a bachelor's degree or equivalent (or 2+ years at Amazon), and a willingness to work 10-hour overnight shifts on a front-half or back-half schedule. Training is 2+ weeks at a location 50+ miles away.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your team.

• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours with varying environments.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and overnight shifts.
