Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Area Manager in Garner, NC to lead a team of hourly associates, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time customer deliveries. You will collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR to meet business goals while managing workload shifts and cross-functional requirements.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, hands-on mentorship, and the ability to operate in a dynamic fulfillment environment with diverse scheduling needs.

Formación

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in environments with varying noise, temperatures, and weather.
• Continuously climb and descend stairs where applicable.
