Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your team.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts up to 12 hours, and navigate stairs.
• Work in environments with variable noise and temperatures (outdoor loading, refrigerated areas).
• Work a flexible schedule (weekends and/or overnight shifts).
