• Lead a team of hourly employees and mentor them to meet safety, quality, attendance and performance targets.
• Ensure customer delivery promises are met by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives.
• Maintain the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing for long shifts.
• Work a flexible schedule (weekends and/or overnight shifts).
