The role requires managing shifts, coaching staff, and collaborating with Safety, HR, and Loss Prevention. Open to 10-hour overnight shifts and a flexible weekend schedule. Training is provided at an operating site 2+ weeks away from the home base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
