Job summary

Hertz in Phoenix seeks an Area Manager TNC to oversee Mobility Locations, grow on-rents, optimize fleet utilization, and drive profitability. You will lead local ops, partners, and product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role develops high-performing teams, maintains staffing, monitors performance metrics, and aligns with corporate policies while pursuing growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of management experience in a customer-focused environment preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to interact effectively at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Achieve operational, revenue, profitability, conversion, and retention goals.
• Develop and execute local growth initiatives to increase reservations and driver retention.
• Train and develop location managers to ensure execution excellence.
• Ensure efficient vehicle inventory utilization and fleet targets.
• Provide leadership to drive growth, customer satisfaction, and accountable performance.
• Monitor Mobility metrics like conversion, retention, utilization, and on-rent growth.
• Collaborate with rideshare and mobility partners to align with business objectives.
